Ardbeg
Ardbeg was founded by John Macdougall in 1815 in Islay Scotland. Over the extensive history the distillery was closed down on a few occasions, yet re-opened each time years later only to win back its reputation and flourish like never before, and has been voted distillery of the year numerous times.
