Tempranillo, Spains most dominant red wine grape. Young Tempranillo is fresh and fruity with flavours of berries, while time spent in oak brings out a more leathery; tobacco and earthy experience. Although it’s a full-bodied, rich sounding wine its versatile with food pairings, enjoyed with roasted vegetables; pastas or Mexican food.
