Prosecco is a sparkling wine produced in the Italian regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. It’s made using the Charmat method where secondary fermentation takes place in sealed, pressurized stainless steel tanks and bottled under pressure. Celebrated for its light, crispy and fruity flavours of apple; pear and citrus. Perfect for casual celebrations and aperitifs.
