Bitters
Bitters are concentrated, highly flavoured, aromatic liquids made from botanicals; herbs; spices or fruits. Types of bitters include angostura; orange; aromatic; citrus; chocolate; herbal; spicy and fruit. Used sparingly in cocktails to enhance and balance the overall flavour.
