Grenache Noir, or simply Grenache is a versatile red grape variety originating from Spain. It can be used to make a range of wines from light and fruity rosés to full-bodied, complex reds and often used in blends. Grenache as a single varietal wine has a silky texture with flavours of strawberries; raspberry complimented by hints of spice. It’s a medium to full-bodied wine that pairs well with hearty stews; pies and macaroni cheese.
