Rhone Blends are made by combining grape varieties traditionally grown in the Rhone Valley, France although, these days grown globally but still made using the traditional Rhone-style. The usual grape varieties used in these blends are Syrah; Mourvèdre and Grenache. Exhibiting flavours of lavender; rosemary; blackberry with notes of aromatic spices. Its a dry to medium-bodied wine that pairs well with lamb; duck; Mediterranean spiced dishes or Mexican food.
