Petit Verdot

Petit Verdot, not as well known as other red varieties but still highly regarded due to its unique expression of boldness. A very dry, full-bodied wine with flavours of dark plums and black cherry and hints of sage; violet and lavender. Due to its intense profile it pairs well with rich herby meat dishes; truffle and aged cheeses.
