Touriga Nationale is a thick-skinned Portuguese red grape variety that results in dry red wines. Offering profound depth of flavour with plum; blackberries and cocoa with aromatic hints of nutmeg; vanilla and roasted marshmallows. It’s a full-bodied, bold wine that pairs well with rich, fatty foods like pork ribs; blue cheese mash or Thai spiced beef.
