Matured in 100% Sherry casks from Bodegas in Jerez, Spain. Expect toffee, spice and fruity aromas on the nose. Ripe fig and cherry flavours on the palate with dark chocolate and fig flavours at the finish. Cask Strength at 55.8% ABV.
