A complex blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Clairette Blanche, Viognier, Verdelho, Roussanne, Marsanne, Semillon Gris, Semillon Blanc & Palomino and Colombard. Aged for 12 months in amphora & concrete. Bottled unfined & unfiltered. Then aged in old foudres for an additional 12 months. Recommended to bottle age for a minimum of 4-6 years.
