Paul Cluver Village Pinot Noir 750ml

Partially matured in French oak barrels for 9 months to add complexity and silkiness. On the nose, the wine shows great citrus aspects as well as winter melon notes with some lightly toasted brioche in the background. Following through onto the palate are some tangerine fruit and citrus blossom fragrances, with hints of vanilla pods and almond flakes. The fine, fresh acidity is natural and adds poise and focus to the wine.
