In 1898, the founder of Oak Valley discovered a fresh water spring at the lower foothills of the Groenlandberg mountain and had it piped over many miles to his home. He called it the Fountain of Youth.

Lemongrass, blackcurrant, green fig and melon aromas can be found on the nose with a balance of acidity and fruit sweetness on the palate and an abundance of grapefruit, papaya and hints of mango and granadilla flavours.
