Truly “small batch” each batch of the whiskey is batched in a holding tank sized to fit a maximum of 20 full barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel. The whiskey is rich in caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, and smokey depth, with an oak finish.
