Iona Solace Syrah 750ml

When it comes to the Iona Solace, grower Rozy Gunn works as far as possible biodynamically when it comes to the cultivation of the grapes, while winemaker Werner Muller takes a light-handed approach in the cellar, fermentation occuring spontaneously and no new oak used for maturation. This wine has red berry fruits, spiced with white pepper and floral notes on the nose. It’s supple and intense on the palate which is finely matched by fruit depth.
