“Cuvee Ameena,” named after the winemakers daughter, has been matured in 500 litres French Oak for 24 months. An elegant wine with a silky texture. Aged in French oak allowing the purity of the Elgin fruit to shine. A bouquet of red berries infused with white pepper. Fine boned, discreet with firm tannins from 100% whole bunch fermentation. This beautiful Syrah is an elegantly restrained style offering an appetising nod to Northern Rhone.
