Craven Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 750ml

A 100% Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyard is situated in the Polkadraai Hills area. The vines were planted in 1999 on decomposed granite and clay soil. The grapes were 75% whole bunch pressed. The wine was matured in 300L barrels for 12 months.

Expect rose, red and black berry and fresh herb aromas on the nose. Medium-bodied on the palate with good fruit, fresh acidity and fine tannins.
