The grapes were sourced from Malmesbury, Upper Blaauwklippen, Polkadraai and the Paardeberg. Whole bunch pressed, the grapes were then wild fermented in old barrels of various sizes for 2 months. Kept on the lees for 12 months, the wine was then rested in tank for 6 months before being bottled.
