Alheit Hemelrand Vine Garden 2022 750ml

A white blend of 31% Chardonnay, 29% Roussanne, 20% Chenin, 18% Verdelho and 2% Muscat. The vines are situated in the Hemel & Aarde Ridge area, 360 meters above sea level. Whole bunch pressed, the grapes were wild fermented in old barrels for 2 months. Kept on the lees for 12 months, the wine is then rested for 6 months in tank before being bottled.
