Aerolite Lyndsay 10 Year Islay Single Malt 750ml

A peated single malt whisky from Character of Islay Whisky Company, distilled at a mystery distillery on Islay and matured for 10 years on a combination of bourbon barrels and Spanish oak sherry quarter casks. This whisky is non chill filtered  and naturally coloured. Meaty aromas with fragrant maple sweetness and salted caramel on the nose, refreshing menthol flavours with intense dark chocolate and sweet BBQ smoke on the palate. Hints of liquorice and anise, lingering charcoal, ash and caramel boiled sweets on the finish.
